This lovely, three bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, has a great, spacious, outdoor terrace are with a large, communal pool just a stone throw away. You will find a selection of local Bars/Cafes, small supermarkets, and numerous superb restaurants around a 5-10-minute walk away, which makes this property situated in an area that is very self-sufficient.

INTERIOR
Living/Dining Rooms:
As you enter the property, you walk into the living room, with a 3 seater sofa, coffee table and smart TV with satellite TV, providing a great selection of channels, including BBC/ITV/CH4/5, together with Sky channels. WiFi is also provided at no additional cost. Next to the living area, there is a reading area, with 2 large comfortable chairs.
Next to the reading area, you will see the breakfast/dinner table with seating for 4 people.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is situated off the living room and has a breakfast hatch from the kitchen. The kitchen has everything you might need for a self-catering holiday, electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and Nescafe coffee maker.

Al Fresco Dining and Sun Terrace:
A spacious area outside has a dinning area with seating for up to 6 people. A large terrace area has 6 sunbeds spread around the villa for soaking up the Lanzarote sun. A Canarian style BBQ for the chef in the family and a round chill out area with seating for 6, a perfect setting for enjoying your favourite drink during the day or evening.

OTHER INFORMATION
Location:
It is approximately 5 kms out of Playa Blanca but situated within easy access to the seafront promenade which runs all the way from the lighthouse into Playa Blanca.
The town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 5-10 minute taxi ride away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.
The readily available taxi service cost to/from town centre from the villa is approximately €6.00.
Parking and Accessibility:
There is on street parking outside of the urbanisation. All on one level with wide doors to all rooms.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people. Guests over 4 have a supplement charge, first child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free.
Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of 20€ per week, per item. A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable, if the Accidental Damage Waiver is not taken.
