This recently refurbished villa is located in the the quiet residential area with private entry road of Las Buganvillas, this is a lovely and spacious property, providing a good level of privacy outside pool area, There is a small provision store just a short 5 minute walk away. The front door opens to a spacious lounge, open plan design, with 2 comfortable sofas with a coffee table, has a TV with satellite system (including BBC/ITV/CH4/Ch5 & all SKY channels available in Lanzarote) also including Disney +  (You will need your own account to log into these streaming platforms) and is fully airconditioned, There are French doors that lead out to an outdoor dining area and the pool and terrace area.
Dining Area:
This large area provides a dining table and chairs for 6, to enjoy a lovely indoor meal with large sliding doors that lead out to the terrace chill out area.
Kitchen:
This modern kitchen is off from the dinning room, the kitchen has everything you might need for a self-catering holiday with white fitted units, electric oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and electric hob.

This property offer 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1:
This double bedroom with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables with lamps on each side. There is an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a rain shower head, wash basin, vanity mirror and WC, with sliding doors leading to the side of the property.

Pool and Sun Terrace:
There is a private, (7m x 3.5m in size and 1.2m to 1.6m) in depth pool (electrically heated), with Roman steps for easy access with two sun beds available for you to soak up the Lanzarote sun all day.
Chill out and Al Fresco Dining with BBQ:
If you exit the villa from the inside dining area via the sliding doors, you will find a delightful outside rattan settee and comfortable chairs chill out area, set under the pergola where you can either sit in the sun or close for some shade during the day, there is a gas bottle BBQ that can be found on the terrace area for the chef in your party to prepare a lovely meal in the warm evenings.

Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 2 people sharing. Guests over 2 are charged per person, per week. First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free. Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of 20€ per week, per item. A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable or Accidental Damage Waiver has to be taken.
