How do I make a booking?
Once you have found the property that you want to book, please contact us at info@sunbeachholidays.com and we will reconfirm availability and send you the Booking Statement, Booking Form, and Payment Options.
How much is the deposit and when is it payable?
The deposit is 25% of your total booking and payable within 5 working days of the Booking Statement being sent. If you are within 10 weeks of your arrival date, payment is required in full.
When is the balance payable?
The balance is due 10 weeks prior to your date of arrival. If your arrival date is less than 10 weeks, when the booking is made, then payment in full is required.
When will I receive the Arrival Instructions?
Upon receipt of the payment in full, you will receive the full Arrival Instructions, including the address, directions and key code to open the key safe that holds the property keys.
Can we add additional guests to our booking at any time?
Yes, subject to an extra supplement charge, if applicable, and as long as the property can accommodate the total number of guests.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
The 25% deposit paid is non refundable. Once the balance has been paid, 10 weeks prior to arrival, the sliding scale Cancellation Policy comes into effect. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full information.
What if we are unable to travel due to COVID-19?
If official travel restrictions are in place, including quarantine being unreasonable upon your return, that are effective for your travel date, and you have paid in full, then a refund or move of date will be offered. Both are subject to a 60€ administration fee. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details.
Do I pay for Cleaning?
The property is fully prepared for your arrival and cleaned after your departure. This is included in the price. Cleaning and a change of linen/towels are provided weekly or mid stay, for stays of 10 to 13 nights. If you want additional cleaning during your stay, please advise and we will arrange a quotation. Payment would be required in advance.
Is electric pool heating included in the price?
With the majority of properties, pool heating is included in the price November to April inclusive. May to October is chargeable, price available upon request. Any properties that differ from this will have it detailed in the property description.
Do all properties have air conditioning?
No. Please refer to each individual property information to see if the accommodation has air conditioning. Where provided, it will be detailed specific to individual rooms and where coin operated or timed, noted accordingly.
What are your Check in and Check out times?
You are guaranteed entry to your accommodation by 16:00 hours and are required to vacate, on your day of departure, at 10:00 hours.
Can I access my accommodation before the entry time?
You are guaranteed entry to your accommodation by 16:00 hours. The only way to guarantee an early entry is to book the night before as this will ensure that clients cannot be departing on your day of arrival and the property can be prepared the day before. Alternatively, we can note your request and this may be provided subject to availability and cleaning schedule.
Can I have a late departure?
The standard departure time is 10:00 hours. The only way to guarantee a late departure is to pay for an additional night, as this then ensures that clients cannot arrive on that same day. Alternatively, you can contact us during your stay to see if it can be accommodated and this may be subject to a reduced daily charge. This will be dependent on the next arrival, cleaning schedule or if maintenance works have been booked in.
If the property has a hot tub, is use and heating included in the price?
Yes, you have full use of all of the facilities listed on the property description and the hot tub heating is included in the price, all year round.
Are all towels and linen provided?
All linen and bath/hand and tea towels are provided however not all properties have pool/beach towels available. If pool/beach towels are included, this will be detailed on the individual property description.
Will I get a bed linen and towel change during my stay?
Bed linen and internal towels are changed weekly or mid stay for 10 to 13 nights. If pool towels are provided, these are not changed mid stay.
Can we have any additional guests stay in our rental property overnight?
If, on arrival, you want any additional guests to stay in the rental accommodation for one or more nights, you must inform us to obtain agreement and arrange payment of the extra guest supplement, if applicable.
Can cots and high chairs be provided?
Yes, upon request, and subject to a hire fee of 20€ per item, per week.
What TV packages are available?
Each Villa/accommodation has individual TV Packages, please refer to the information on each individual property description, if you require further details please email us.
Is there WiFi in every property and is this included within the price?
Not all properties have WiFi but this will be detailed in the individual property information and unless stated otherwise, will be included in the rental price.
Is there a local contact and is emergency cover provided out of usual working hours?
Yes, included on the Arrival Instructions will be your local contact number, including an out of hours emergency number, if different.
Do we have to pay a refundable Damage Bond with every property?
We recommend, in all cases, that you include the Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW) as it provides you with peace of mind to enjoy your holiday, knowing that any accidental damage of items in the property will be covered up to the maximum noted on our Terms and Conditions. Should you opt out of the ADW, you will be required to provide a refundable Damage Bond of between 250€ to 500€.
If I opt out of the Accidental Damage Waiver, how is the Damage Bond paid and refunded?
The refundable Damage Bond is payable prior to arrival by Bank Transfer or the secure online payment system. Upon confirmation by the property manager that no deductions are to be made, it will be refunded to you upon provision of your Bank Account details or a reversal of the online payment system.
Can I host a party or event at our booked property?
You are not permitted to host any event or party that includes anyone not listed on the Booking Form.
Do you provide car hire?
We do not currently provide car hire however, if you contact us on info@sunbeachholidays.com we will be happy to provide you with some recommendations.
Do you provide any baby/children equipment, including stair gates, bed guards, monitors, pushchairs, baby bath and changing mats?
Whist we do not provide these, please contact us on info@sunbeachholidays.com and we can provide you with hire company contact details.
Do you provide any mobility scooters?
Whilst we do not provide these, please contact us on info@sunbeachholidays.com and we can provide you with hire company contact details.
Are Welcome Packs provided?
All of our properties are self catering and as such do not, as standard, provide any items (cleaning products, food and drink etc) on arrival. Some owners may arrange a small selection of essentials, but this will vary with each property. However, you have the option to include a full Welcome Pack at an additional cost of 50€, payable prior to arrival.
