(Ground Floor) Comfortable leather sofa and chairs. TV with satellite system providing BBC/ITV/Ch4/Ch5 and all Sky channels available in Lanzarote and a DVD player. WiFi is provided throughout at no additional cost.
(First Floor) Comfortable sofas with TV and DVD Player. Patio doors lead out to sun terrace.
Kitchen:
Located on the ground floor, this kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, blender, juicer, food mixer, dishwasher and microwave. It has all of the essentials necessary for a great self catering holiday.

EXTERIOR
Pool and Sun Terraces:
The property enjoys extensive split level terraces to the front with sheltered BBQ area on the upper level. There is an attractive hourglass shaped 8m x 4m (depth 0.8m to 1.7m) electrically heated (November to April inclusive) swimming pool with waterfall and roman steps entry on the lower terrace, together with a pool table for further entertainment.

Location:
It is in a quiet residential area close to the a short walk from the Las Cucharas beach. Costa Teguise is situated on the East coast of the central part of the island and is one of Lanzarote’s main tourist resorts. It is only a 20 minute drive from Arrecife airport and is a convenient place from which to explore the island’s tourist and Cultural attractions, as well as the northern fishing villages of Arrieta and Orzola. The island’s historic capital of Teguise is a 10 to 15 minute drive away and provides a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of Costa Teguise, unless of course you go on a Sunday, when the market is in full swing! Costa Teguise is well situated to explore the many tourist attractions in the North of Lanzarote, such as the Cueva De Los Verdes, Jameos del Agua and the Jardin De Cactus. Windsurfing, as mentioned before, is a major pastime in Costa Teguise with visitors and residents alike. There are windsurfing schools, shops and equipment rental companies clustered around the beach at Las Cucharas. Most levels of experience are catered for, from absolute beginners upwards. Cycling and running are also quite widely enjoyed for the more energetic amongst us, the balmy climate and safe roads making for a very pleasant experience.
Costa Teguise has and established Golf course so this is where you need to head for eighteen holes in the sun all year round, if this is your pleasure. There is also a Water Park and a selection of Diving Schools. Like most of the resorts on the island, Costa Teguise nightlife could be classed as lively but not rowdy. Restaurants are open until late and there is a good selection of bars, both British and local style, in the resort.
Parking and Accessibility:
There is on street parking outside the property. Living area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the ground floor, together with the pool and sun terraces.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Price and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing.
Supplements payable for each guest over the 4, of 161€ per person per week. First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free. Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of 20€ per week, per item.
