This is a stylish, modern property, with a private pool, and air conditioning, located in the popular Puerto Calero Marina, provides you with the ideal setting to relax and enjoy the Lanzarote sun.
It is comfortable and beautifully furnished and positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac within a 5 minute walk to the exclusive Marina with it’s wide selection of restaurants, bars, designer shops, supermarket and weekly Market.

INTERIOR
The double front doors open into the spacious entrance hall and the well planned layout has the bedrooms and bathrooms to the left of the hallway and the light-filled living area to the right, overlooking the pool and garden.

Living:
The kitchen leads into the spacious living room with patio doors opening on to the pool and garden.  There is a generously proportioned L shaped leather sofa and comfortable circular easy chair with footstool ideal for chilling and either watching the large flat screen Smart TV with Satellite System (including BBC/ITV/CH4/5 & All Sky Channels received in Lanzarote) or enjoying the view of the pool through the large picture window. Wifi and Bluetooth Tower speaker are provided for your convenience. Air Conditioned.
Patio doors lead to the dining/garden room.

Kitchen:
Large, open plan kitchen with granite topped modern fitted units and breakfast bar. Fully equipped with built in stainless steel electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, fridge freezer, dishwasher and induction hob.

Dining/Garden Room:
Contains a large rectangular dining table with 6 rattan chairs, surrounded by fitted units, built in washing machine, sink and fridge/freezer. A set of patio doors leads to the rear area of the villa and another set open out onto the pool and garden, providing the choice of a completely enclosed or open dining area, depending on your mood! Either way, perfect for enjoying a BBQ which is just outside on the terrace.

Bedroom 1
Master bedroom with King size bed, extensive fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with reading lamps. Air conditioned. En-suite with WC, twin basin vanity unit and bath with shower over.
Bedroom 2
Twin beds with fitted wardrobes and bedside tables with lamps. Air conditioned. En-suite with WC, walk in shower and single basin vanity unit.
Bedroom 3
Twin beds with fitted wardrobes and bedside table with lamp. Air conditioned. En-suite with WC, walk in shower and single basin vanity unit.
Family Shower Room
Shower room leads off from the hallway, with WC, hand basin and walk in shower.

EXTERIOR
Pool and Sun Terraces:
Private, enclosed garden and pool area with ample sun bathing terraces with sunbeds around the oval shaped private pool (8m x 3.5m), electrically heated (November to end of April inclusive). Roman steps provide entry.
The attractive garden features a covered gazebo with round table and chairs. Just outside the living area is a covered terrace furnished with a large comfortable sofa and cosy corner with 2 chairs and table for relaxing in the shade. A table tennis table is provided for further entertainment.
Access is available to the roof terrace which provides beautiful views out to the Ocean.

Location:
Puerto Calero is an exclusive Marina with a fabulous selection of privately owned boats located in a sheltered bay. The Marina, which boasts an impressive range of boutiques, bars and restaurants is in a beautiful, privileged setting with views to the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. This is the place to be pampered, enjoying a drink at one of the Al fresco bars whilst watching the lovely yachts, sailing boats and waterside leisure activities.
The busy resort of Puerto Del Carmen is just a 5 minute drive away or you can take the taxi boat from the Marina to the Old Town harbour. There are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.
Parking and Accessibility:
There is on street parking outside the property. The living areas and bedrooms/bathrooms are all on one level but a few steps lead from the villa down to the pool area.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.

Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 6 people sharing. First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free.
Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of 20€ per week, per item.
