This spacious two bedroom and two bathroom detached property with a private pool is located on a quiet residential urbanisation in the Faro Park area of Playa Blanca.
Faro Park is on the western side of Playa Blanca but situated within easy access to the sea front promenade which runs all the way from the lighthouse into the centre of Playa Blanca itself.
You will find a selection of local restaurants, bars and cafes along with a small supermarket just an 80 metre walk away which makes this property situated in an area that is very self-sufficient.

INTERIOR
Living/Dining Room:
The front door opens into the hallway and open plan living room and kitchen area.
The lounge has been tastefully furnished and decorated with a three-seater L-shaped sofa with a coffee table. There is a smart TV available for your use where you have access to Netflix, Disney+, Prime (You will need your own account to log into these streaming platforms)
There are French doors that lead out to an outdoor dining area and the pool and terrace area.
Dining Area:
This large area provides an office table and chair, for those who can't leave their work at home! Also a dining table and chairs for 4, to enjoy a lovely indoor meal with large sliding doors that lead out to the terrace chill out area.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is situated off the hallway and has a breakfast bar which is open plan to the lounge, the kitchen has everything you might need for a self-catering holiday including a coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, hob and oven.
Utility Room:
This can be found just off from the kitchen and is where you will find the washing machine, ironing board and Iron.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
This property offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Bedroom 1
The master bedroom has a king size bed, two bedside tables and plenty of wardrobe space, there are patio doors with additional external shutter doors that lead onto the sun and pool terrace. There is also air conditioning (coin operated) in this bedroom. The en-suite marble bathroom incorporates a single washbasin with vanity mirror, WC and a walk in shower with rain head shower. A hair dryer is also available.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and plenty of wardrobe space and a window that overlooks the pool with additional shutters. There is also air conditioning (coin operated) in this bedroom
Family Bathroom
The marble bathroom contains a single wash basin with vanity mirror, WC and has a large walk-in shower.

EXTERIOR
Pool and Sun Terraces:
There is a private, 7m x 3.5m in size and 1.2m to 1.6m in depth pool (electrically heated, November to April inclusive), with Roman steps for easy access with four sun beds available for you to soak up the sun all day.
Chill out and Al Fresco Dining with BBQ
If you exit the villa from the inside dining area via the sliding doors, you will find a delightful outside rattan settee and comfortable chairs chill out area, set under the shaded pergola, an area ideal for finding some shade during the day, or for the lovely warm evenings sipping a pre-dinner drink, whilst the chef prepares dinner on the Canarian charcoal BBQ that can be found on the terrace area. There is also an al fresco dining area with a table and seating for 4 outside the living room doors. The garden has an extensive area that has been laid to artifical grass giving this beautiful villa a lot of very usable outside space for you to enjoy sunbathing or just simply relaxing under the tropical sun.

This detached property is fully enclosed by a traditional Piedra wall. 

OTHER INFORMATION
The villa is protected by a Verisure intruder alarm monitoring system which has internal cameras in communal areas which take photos when the alarm is set off.
Location:
It is approximately 5 kms out of Playa Blanca but situated within easy access to the seafront promenade which runs all the way from the lighthouse into Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. You will find a row of local bars and cafes along with a small supermarkets and numerous superb restaurants around a 5 minute walk away from the villa, which makes this villa situated in an area that is very self-sufficient.
The town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 5-10 minute taxi ride away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.
Parking and Accessibility:
There is dedicated parking space next to the villa.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. A change of linen & towels are provided mid stay for stays of 10 nights and longer. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels are provided. Pool towels are also provided for your convenience.
Additional cleaning can be provided upon request, at an additional charge. Please enquire if this is required.

A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable, if the Accidental Damage Waiver is not taken..
