This large, luxuriously furnished, four bedroom property, is a perfect location for you to appreciate and enjoy your much-deserved break, with all the luxury you will need for your holiday.  This is a stunning, modern property, available to guests aged 18 years and over only, with a heated private pool and air conditioning and located on a quiet residential complex, just a short distance from the centre of Playa Blanca, with all its amenities. This property also provides an undercover secure parking space for one car, and you can also find a taxi rank and bus stop a short distance walk from the property.
From the garage area, there are steps that take you up to the pool terrace, where you will find the access to this property.
This is a spacious property which has a large beautifully furnished lounge on the lower floor with its very own bar area.
The kitchen can be found on the upper floor, along with a dining room which leads out onto a terrace, to provide a clear view of the sun and pool terraces.  There are four beautifully appointed bedrooms, two on the upper level, with en-suites, and two on the lower level which share a family bathroom.

Living Room:
The front door opens up into a bright and open hallway, where you can view down the staircase to the lounge area below. Above is a glass atrium which floods the property with an abundance of natural light, giving it a beautiful light and airy feeling throughout.
Taking the open tread staircase down, you will find a spacious and beautifully decorated relaxing area, which includes an office work area underneath the stairs of a desk, chair and an LG monitor for your use.  There is a bar that runs along the one wall with four bar stools where you could sit and relax and enjoy your very own cocktail of the day. You have two separate sitting areas which includes a white leather corner settee with a 50-inch flat screen smart TV with an IPTV package with 100’s of channels (including BBC/ITV/CH4/5 and Sky Channels), you also have Netflix available (with your own account). On the opposite side of the lounge you will find two very comfortable armchairs to relax in and this all creates a great space for the whole group to enjoy.
From this lower level lounge area you will find patio doors that lead out to a set of steps up to the pool and terrace area.
Dining Room:
Entering the property from either the upper terrace, or the main front door, there is a beautifully decorated dining room for inside dining. This provides dining for 6 people, with air conditioning (coin operated).
The kitchen is separate, and next to the dining room, and has a small breakfast bar with two stools on the one side and equipped with all that you will require for a self-catering holiday, including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hob, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster and plenty of cooking equipment.
Just off the kitchen is a small Solana area where you will find the ironing board, and clothes airer, washing machine and tumble dryer, (both of these work off the coin operated system, the same as the air conditioning).
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
There are four well-appointed bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Bedroom 1
The master bedroom can be found on the upper floor just off the dining room and has a king-sized bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and air conditioning (coin operated), together with fitted wardrobes.  The en-suite bathroom has WC, double wash basins, a bath with shower and also a very large walk in shower area, with a central rain head shower in a piedra wall surrounding.
Bedroom 2
Just along the hallway from the master en-suite.  This is also a king-sized bed with bedside tables, reading lamps a fitted wardrobe and air conditioning (coin operated).  The en-suite has a walk in shower, WC and wash basin.
Bedroom 3
Located on the lower floor, has a king sized bed with bedside tables, reading lamps, with plenty of wardrobe space. From this bedroom you have patio doors leading out onto a small patio area, with a small table and two chairs.
Bedroom 4
Also located on the lower floor, is a twin room, with bedside tables, reading lamp, and fitted wardrobes.
Family Bathroom
Positioned on the lower floor, this has a spacious, double walk-in shower, twin wash basins, WC and plenty of cupboard space.

Pool and Sun Terraces:
The property has landscaped gardens and a raised wooden sun deck area next to the private pool, the pool is approximately 7m x 4m and ranging from 0.9m to 1.4m in depth and roman steps to enter and is electrically heated, (November to April inclusive).  Here there are 6 individual sunbeds and also a soft seating area under a shaded pergola with a settee and two chairs, where can enjoy the daytime sun or shade, while relaxing by the pool.

Chill Out and Al fresco Dining with BBQ:
A few steps up from the sun/pool terrace you will find a delightful, traditional seating area to Chill out with bench seating located conveniently close to the Canarian style BBQ and the shaded outdoor dining area with table and chairs to seat 6 people. From here you can see the fabulous views over Playa Blanca and across to the island of Fuerteventura.

The villa is protected by a Verisure intruder alarm monitoring system which has internal cameras in communal areas which takes photos when the alarm is set off.
This property is approximately a 20 minute walk to Playa Blanca centre, but a shorter walk down to the beautiful sea front promenade with all its amenities and beaches. It is the perfect place for a quieter, more sophisticated holiday, situated in the south of the island.

Marina Rubicón is the exclusive Marina in Playa Blanca with a fabulous selection of privately owned boats located in a sheltered bay. The Marina, which boasts a shopping centre and an impressive range of boutiques, bars and restaurants, is in a beautiful, privileged setting with views to the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. This is the place to be pampered, enjoying a drink at one of the Al fresco bars whilst watching the lovely yachts, sailing boats and waterside leisure activities.
The town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 20-minute stroll away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.

Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 nights or more. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool towels are also provided for your convenience.

Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Guests over 4 have a supplement charge. A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable, if the Accidental Damage Waiver is not taken.
