A peaceful semi-detached villa with a private pool, air conditioning and can be found on the frontline of an urbanisation and therefore has a beautiful view over towards the Marina Rubicon and across the ocean towards Fuerteventura. Located approximately a 20-minute walk from the exclusive Marina Rubicon, where there are plenty of restaurants, shops and bars and a short taxi ride from the centre of Playa Blanca. The famous golden sand beaches of Costa Papagayo are also just a short drive away.
The villa benefits from coin operated air conditioning units in both the bedrooms and the lounge. It has a private heated pool lovely outdoor space and an enclosed rear garden where you will find some bike racks available in the garden area, should you wish to hire bicycles to explore the local area.

INTERIOR
The front door opens into a hallway where you will find a door to the left leading into the kitchen and the doors on the right leading to the twin bedroom and bathroom with a staircase leading up to the master bedroom.
Living/Dining Room:
The hallway leads into the dining area where you will find a dining table and chairs for 4 people and the living room area which can seat 4 people comfortably, on two large sofas, enabling a relaxing area to enjoy the Samsung Smart TV this room has Air conditioning (coin operated).  The TV viewing is via an IPTV Mag box, supplying BBC/ITV/CH4/CH5, box sets, films, Sky channels and much more. Also, TV access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and other subscription channels using the guests own subscriptions.  Sliding Patio doors with shutters lead out to the sun terrace and the private pool.
Kitchen:
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable, self catering stay, including integral dishwasher, oven, hob and large fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, hoover, iron and board. A door from the kitchen leads to the outside utility area, where the washing machine is located.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1 (First Floor)
A staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with reading lamps and coin operated air conditioning. Sliding patio doors with shutters leads out onto this bedrooms own terrace where you will find two chairs and a small table where you can sit and relax and enjoy the view across towards the Rubicon marina and over the ocean towards Fuerteventura.
The master bedroom has its own bathroom which consists of a twin sink, storage cupboards and mirrors over each sink a large walk in shower, WC and bidet and a hair dryer is available for guests use.
Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor)
This bedroom is on the ground floor and has two single beds, fitted wardrobes a bedside table and reading lamp this room has an air conditioning unit (coin operated). The window provides views of the pool and garden terraces and also has shutters.
Family Bathroom
The shower room downstairs consists of a shower cubicle, WC, a single sink with a storage cupboard and mirror.

EXTERIOR
Pool and Sun Terraces:
There is 4m x 3m swimming pool which is 1.1m to 1.4m deep and this is electrically heated, (inclusive 1st October to 31st May), which has Roman steps for easy access. There are 4 sunbeds provided to enable you to soak up the sun on the beautiful sun terrace.
Chill Out and Al fresco Dining with BBQ:
A large rattan dining table which can sit 6, offers al fresco dining underneath the pergola for those warm evenings, you will also find additional seating by way of a rattan settee under the pergola and also another settee situated on the sun terrace so no shortage of places to chill out with your pre-dinner drink whilst the chef of the party prepares dinner on the charcoal BBQ.

OTHER INFORMATION
The villa is protected by a Verisure intruder alarm monitoring system which has internal cameras in communal areas which takes photos when the alarm is set off.

Marina Rubicon is the exclusive Marina in Playa Blanca with a fabulous selection of privately owned boats located in a sheltered bay. The Marina, which boasts a shopping centre and an impressive range of boutiques, bars and restaurants, is in a beautiful, privileged setting with views to the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. This is the place to be pampered, enjoying a drink at one of the Al fresco bars whilst watching the lovely yachts, sailing boats and waterside leisure activities.
The town centre of Playa Blanca is just a short drive away there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.
Parking and Accessibility:
There is off road parking for 1 vehicle.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience. Additional cleaning can be provided upon request, at an additional charge. Please enquire.
Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 2 people sharing. Guests over 2 have a supplement charge of 105€ per person, per week. A refundable Damage Bond of 300€ is payable if the Accidental Damage Waiver is not taken.
